BARCO OVERTURE

Barco is a global technology company which designs and develops visualisation products for a variety of industry environments. Talkwire use Barco as one of their trusted suppliers of Audio Visual and amongst other products like Barco ClickShare, a new product that Talkwire can now offer to new and existing customers is ‘Barco Overture’.

Unlike conventional A/V Control solutions, which use proprietary programming languages and are overwhelmingly hardware-based and distributed, Barco Overture software only needs to be configured and therefore the system can be set up quickly and easily.

To add a device, you simply connect it to the IP network and configure it with Overture’s web-based interface. By adding alerts, the support team can be warned when certain events occur – for example an overheating projector – so they can take immediate action. Because Overture centrally monitors AV equipment, technical staff can remotely troubleshoot and correct issues for the entire company using Overture’s Help Desk which reduces the time to solution and in-room interventions.
